Payment of accounts
As most of you already know we have issued the statements for the subs for the period 1/7/17 to 30/6/2018 on 5/6/2017.
Please take note of the following:
i) Payment should be made before the end of Aug 2017.
ii) When payment is made do not forget to use your name and membership number as reference.
iii) Please send the proof of payment to me at firstname.lastname@example.org .
Furthermore, we have issued statements on 6/6/2017 for the 2016/2017 subs to those members which have not yet paid their subs before the end of Aug 2016 and are thus members "not in good standing" at this stage and we have therefore not issue statements to them for the 2017/18 year. However, should they pay their subs for both the 2016/17 and 2017/18 year we will re-instate them as members and issue them with statements for the 2017/18 year after receipt of payment for both years by not later than 30th of June 2017.
